  43. If the dork 'client' can afford it, you might be able to recover more than the
  44. animation was worth!

  46. Not only did he steal it, but it was a 'rough' work, never intended to be
  47. aired. Since some of those in the trade know who's work it is, he has damaged
  48. you reputation, and possibly lost you further business!

  50. Additionally, he would have to pay your legal expenses if you won...

  52. While it's probably not 'actually' woth much trouble, a little phone call from
  53. your lawyer would probably be all the 'moral persausion' this turkey would
  54. need to send you a little 'settle-out-of-court' money...

  56. In my own limited experience anyway, you CAN beat City Hall, if you don't
  57. blink first!
